Veronica Longan is the Founder and CEO of Altivis Partners, a boutique M&A advisory firm serving lower-middle-market clients across commercial real estate, healthcare, and other sectors. She founded the firm to bring institutional-caliber deal execution and senior-level attention to founders, owners, operators, and investors navigating complex transactions.

Veronica brings more than a decade of principal investing and corporate development experience to her advisory practice. Over her career, she has led 17 off-market M&A transactions representing approximately $300 million in aggregate consideration at a blended 6.2x entry multiple, generating roughly $100 million in equity value creation as of Aug 2025. That operator's perspective, earned on the buy side, across the full deal lifecycle, shapes how Altivis Partners advises clients today, from origination and valuation through quality of earnings, operational due diligence, legal negotiation, investment committee preparation, and post-close integration.

Before founding Altivis Partners, Veronica served as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Lincoln Property Company, where she led the acquisition of commercial real estate operating companies. Prior to Lincoln, she was a Corporate Development Associate at SCA Health, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group, where she partnered with physicians, health systems, and hospitals to acquire and develop ambulatory surgery centers.

Veronica began her career in Class A multifamily development at JPI and later joined Civitas Capital Group, a real estate private equity firm, where she sourced, screened, and underwrote more than $6 billion of commercial real estate investment opportunities spanning multifamily, senior living, student housing, office, retail, and hospitality.

A trusted advisor and collaborative leader, Veronica is known for building enduring client relationships, leading cross-functional deal teams, and mentoring the next generation of M&A professionals.
